He drives business development, strategic partnerships, and operational alignment while fostering innovation and long-term value creation. Sugan combines design thinking with systems-level strategy and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design from the University of California, Davis.

Rahul Sundhar leads marketplace operations at Spree, focusing on efficient scaling and a seamless buyer and seller experience. He manages seller onboarding, verification, logistics, and process optimization to support sustainable growth. Rahul brings an entrepreneurial mindset to building scalable systems and is currently in the final stage of his undergraduate degree in Finance at Purdue University.

Vijaianand leads Spree’s technology and product architecture, enabling scalable and reliable platform growth. He oversees system design, development, and technical execution across the marketplace, with a strong focus on performance, stability, and innovation. Vijaianand builds robust technology foundations that power Spree’s circular fashion ecosystem and holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Karpagam College of Engineering.

Sivaram Kuppachi is a serial entrepreneur and business strategist with nearly 30 years of experience. He is the founder and CEO of Zamstars, a design-centric consultancy driving measurable growth, and has worked with 300+ global brands, generating millions in revenue. Sivaram mentors startups through ZPOD-GrowthHub, guiding strategy, execution, and technology use. He is an expert in aligning branding, marketing, and sales to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Vijay Sappani is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with global experience. He is the founder of Ela Capital, investing in wellness, sustainability, and life sciences, and has built multiple companies, including a publicly listed unicorn. Vijay leads the Sappani Foundation and Ela Genomics, supporting education, public policy, and rare disease research. He serves on several international boards, guiding ventures that create meaningful global impact.
